We do not require contracts for general pest control service. We will only come to your home with your express permission and approval of appointment day and time. Having termites can be a daunting and costly problem. We will not recommend whole house treatments unless absolutely necessary. We are licensed for Whole House Tent Fumigations and re-certified through continuing education annually. Termite Inspections for FHA & VA Certification. Tent Fumigations for Drywood Termites and Drill & Injection Treatments and Sub-Area Sprays for Subterranean Termites. Pre-Construction and Post Construction Termite Treatments.

Tom DeLong grew up in Ivins Utah, helping his dad Steve as an apprentice with the family business. He has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the unique pest control needs here in Southern Utah. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and returned home to Ivins to live and serve his community with his wife Peggy, and 3 children. We proudly carry on the family tradition started right here in Dixie in the 1970's!

A: No, we believe your home is unique and you can tailor service to your own special likes and dislikes, even from one service to the next!

Q: Do I have to do anything special to prepare for a spray?
A: Pick up clothes and shoes, toys, pet dishes - food and bones, and anything "easy to pick up" around the walls so we can get better access and the most coverage. Ask us about pets.
